If u were a gym leader...

OK, this is something i did at pokedream before i got banned, just say if u were a gym leader or E4 which one would u be, and wat pokemon u would use and their lvls( make them reasonable and not lvl 100 ubers), heres mine:

CHAMPION James
Luxray lv67
Gliscor lv65
Gengar lv63
Blastoise lv65

Gym Leader Number 7: Kirby

Empoleon lvl 60
Manaphy lvl 51
Gyarados lvl 60.

i think thats a little to high levelled for gym7, how bout bring gyarados down 20lvl, manaphy 20 and empoleon 9

Why would it have a macho brace?

because i think thats the item that when held by a pokemon its hp goes down after attack but stops at one, so if it was by a lvl 100 by say giga impact counter could own the lv100 in one hit

Macho Brace doubles EVs and lowers speed.
Focus Sash and Focus Band are the items you're thinking of.
