There has been a Darkrai event in woolworths (before it closed down XD) I know this because I had the highest win streak there, with Empoleon, Staraptor and Pachirisu. Most people were using their Darkrai. Neutral must be too scared of loosing without it...
(the person who beat me was using rayquaza, darkrai and something else I forgot, they were double battles BTW)

In the mart, theres a questionairre, in that questionairre put "Link Together With All", this should activate it

There should be an area near the entrance to Toys R Us where you can connect with mystery gift and recieve the pokemon.
