Can't see the chatbox.

Ok, here's the deal. I'll try to install Adobe Flash Player to see the chatbox, right? As soon as it is about to complete the installation, there's a message that comes up and says: "Installation failed or canceled. For toubleshooting tips, please go to www.adobe.com/go. Can anyone help me get the chatbox up? I've been trying for hours!!!!!
