Basically this thing will be the beastliest thing in the game.
Fire/ Dragon typing with a base 600 stat total (still waiting for a Fire/Dragon) is likely going in to Uber very easily. Ground, Dragon and Rock for weakness isn't a great thing (particularly to Stealth Rock) however it does not have any quad weaknesses and Heatran is the only Pokemon to resist its STAB moves (which is doubled due to Adaptability).
With access to base 115 Attack, Special Attack, Adaptability and STAB Over Heat/ Draco Meteor/ Outrage/ Flare Blitz nothing will be able to switch in on Loginous.
Not only is it an absolute beast on the offensive but the defences are the same as Walrein (which has better over all defences [excluding type] than Dusknoir).
Speed is the Pokemon's lowest stat, however at base 80 it isn't going to be out sped by many walls.

Basically, this is going to OU if it were real. Basically, it's a Nidoking and Nidoqueen improved. It gains the move Sword Dance, leading it to be a pretty good Physical sweeper. With 96 base speed, it can outrun Gliscor and Dragonite, Ice Punching both. With Rivalry, it can boost its attack even more if you feel lucky, but if you want to play safe, have Sand Veil. Yeah, not good at explaining, but there you go... <__<

-Fr/Lg: Beat the elite 4 ten times then go to where Mewtwo was hiding before (If Mewtwo wasn't caught then Mewtwo will be there, defeat or capture Mewtwo then exit the cave and return to the spot to see Emfecre.)
-R/S/E: Beat the elite 4 ten times then visit the area where Groudon or Kyogre were.
-D/P/Pt: Beat the elite 4 ten times, then visit your next door neibour and they shall give you the fire amulet (varies between how your game goes, the type changes with the Pokémon). Next go to Spear Pillar and use the amulet and the portal to a secret island shall open, where you will encounter Emfecre (Pokémon varies with amulet.)
