Opening Statements: As stated in the PL-4 Case from Judge Latios,"Let this be a lesson that FLAMING IS NOT TOLERATED HERE." It seems that one of the defendants in that case never seemed to learn his lesson. Also Dropping the F-bomb twice on the chat box. The prosecution requests a 3 month Ban for both of this matter.

The first one does seem like a joke, but the second doesn't.

Cursing is not tolerated here- and as such, a penalty does need to be given. 3 months seems too harsh though. Do the either of you have any suggestions for an alternate punishment?

I have a new punishment for spaark- and this way he'll be productive around the site as well as punished.

Community service.

What's community service? Well each week, spaark needs to make a thread about news and events going on around the site or in the world of pokemon/brawl. It should be posted in General Discussions and its content should be informative or helpful.

I'd suggest 3 weeks (3 topics, one per week) of community service for spaark or spaark can take the ban offered by PL. (one week, because two is too harsh) It's his choice. If he doesnt post his decision in this thread within a day, then i'll just go with the week ban.
