Sarge, Bennet, Latios (retired) and I all IV breed.
I have no idea if Landon does.
The others didn't last time I checked. I'm not sure if they have started to IV breed yet.

522 All you're doing is breeding a certain pokemon continously until you find one that has acceptable IVs in whichever stats you want your pokemon to have.

No, it is not.

IV breeding gives you a better chance at getting high IVs (three of your IVs are copied from the parents, one from the mother, one from the father and the third can be from either one).

525: Are you saying that as in people do that but not IV breeding? Considering they do 2 completely different things. They both improve stats, but most people do both.
