Banner Contest #3

It's once again time for a new banner! Post your custom-made banner in this thread to enter! The winner is chosen by the admins, and the winner will get the honor of his banner used by the site, and a custom made sprite trophy for his profile/signature/wherever.

-the banner must contain the text "WWPL" or "pokemonwifi.org"
-the banner must be 150-250 pixels high and 600-900 pixels wide
-no .gifs
-you CANNOT copy anyone else's work, you MUST make your own banner by yourself
-the banner must primarily be the color blue (i.e. most of it is blue, the background is blue, etc.)
-you must post your banner in this thread in order to enter
