Discuss strategies for Dragonite (DGNT).

Dragonite's stats are well rounded with a large physical attack so DGNTs best role is being a sweeper but can fill many other roles as well.

Dragonite's ability won't be doing much during the match (prevents flinching) and DGNT could be better if s/he had a different one.

Dragonite's move-pool includes Thunder/ Fire punch, Thunder wave, Roost, Safeguard, Dragon Dance, Outrage, Aqua tail, Light Screen and many TM/HM moves making DGNTs unpredictable and reliable for a lot of situations.

This is a Dragonite that will OHKO a lot of non-steel pokemon:

Physical Sweeper Dragonite @ Metronome.
Outrage.
Safegaurd.
Roost.
Dragon Dance.

Dragon Dance to Roost/ Safeguard to Outrage will defeat a lot of pokemon and with a metronome Outrage will become even more powerful for the second and third hits.

Pros:
Great stats.
Great move-pool.
6 resistances (including complete evasion against ground).
Can fill many roles.
Unpredictable.

Cons:
4X weakness to Ice.
Near useless ability.
