i dont really see the point of this. MOst people arent going to have shinies and if they do that arent hacked then they arent going to want to give them up. U can always use GTS for pokes u have seen. Plus not that many ppl would post here because they just ask ppl they know on the chatbox.

I think this is a bad idea since this will infleunce hacking and more hacked pokes will be around in competitive battles.
