In order to get your picture, you need to "Print Screen" on your keyboard, (the 'prt sc' button) open up an image-editing program (Photoshop, Paint, etc.), paste it, crop it, save it, upload it to an image server (Photobucket, Imageshack, Tinypic, etc.)
