In the following conversation 3 people were arguing for their presidential candidate. It was 2 Obama 1 McCain. Which do you think wins?

Person 2: You claim that Obama would raise taxes, however,
all this proves is that your candidate, not Obama, is the lier. Obama
would not raise taxes, in fact he would lower them for 95% of the
middle class. In every debate, McCain has blatantly lied on the Obama
tax policies, forcing Obama to spend all of his speech time correcting
redundant and intentional errors and mutilations of the facts. On the
issue of the "hole" you speak of. Look at our economy, the state of
which is caused by the Bush ideology of lowering restrictions and
regulations. Now, please state one MAJOR difference in the economic
policies of McCain and Bush. McCain's own campaign advisor said that
"if we continue to talk about the economy, we will lose the election."

Person 1: I don't believe you explained why my candidate
was the lier. The fact that something is told does not make it true.
Obama wants change. Guess what. The Germans wanted change, and guess
who they got. Hitler. You take his word for everything, but do you ever
consider the body language? I'm guessing not. Not to mention at the debates McCain has less
chance to talk most of the time considering Obama interrupts to tell a BOLDFACED LIE. And the media focuses on Obama and all
of the good things he does because they are biased. But what about all
of the bad things? But here's something thats completely off topic and
I don't know how people can vote for him. A lot of people voting for
him go to church every Sunday and are against abortion and such topics.
Yet Obama is for them? Why vote for him. Now I'm not saying McCain is
better than your particular candidate because I'm subjected to my
opinions as are you. Any how here's another reason of a contradiction
of his party. His party and him are what is keeping us from
drilling in other places and finding alternative resources. Eventually
we're going to run out of oil, then what? I'm not saying that Bush did
anything about it, but that's one thing McCain does want to do. You
also say that race is not a factor, and I have one word on that. HA!
Think about it. In a survey done by some one I know they asked people
why they were voting for Obama. One person responded "Black Power!" You
cannot tell me that race is not an issue in his popularity.

Person 3:
You say the fact that something is told does not make it true. Then we can't believe anything either canidate says, but we have to trust what they say, their word is all we have. Just because you want change dosen't mean your a Natzi. He's told us what he wants to change(the economic crisis, the war, and religous prosecution). And for all 3 debates they had almost the same amount of time."A lot of people voting for him go to church every Sunday and are against abortion and such topics." Just because people go to church dosen't mean they shouldn't vote for Obama. And of course people who don't go to church vote for obama, than 90% of people wouldn't be voting for him.And no Obama is not against off shore drilling, he supports it as well as alternative energy resourses. We haven't because of Bush. I will not deny that race is a factor but what are you saying he's getting votes becasuse he's black? It's not like he's advertising "I'm Obama and I am and African American vote for me." And it's not Obama's fault some crazed person said that. It's true that the majority of blacks like obama because he's "a celebrity" but they don't know the issues.

Person 1: That wasn't even worth my time. You
didn't have a point at all, all you did was take my words and make it
say the exact opposite. I have one more idea to propose before i lock
this thread. Joe Biden, Obama's vice presidential candidate, has said
that within the first 6 months of Obama's term, there will be an attack
to test his capability. If there's going to be an attack, why vote for
him? Do we really want an attack where Obama will fail horribly to this
"test" and have a disaster. And at your contradiction of my church
statement, I was saying that if some one goes against all of your moral
values why would you vote for him? Not to mention the race factor
again. Another survey was conducted in New York. They went up to all
the blacks and asked, "How do you think Sarah Palin will do as Obama's
vice president?" They all responded, "She'll do great I bet." None of
them even picked up on it. That proves that the black population is
voting purely on race.

You decide.

There are no winners in political debates, only losers.

Usually everyone leaves them angry and with a depleted ego.

Also, I already voted in this year's election, but I'm not telling who I voted for. =P

Seeing as Obama is pulling ahead in the polls by miles, this is the last chance for people who like McCain to jump on the bandwagon.

So to answer your question, anyone who likes Obama wins.

Blue, that wasn't the point of this thread. You weren't supposed to say what candidate would win *coughmalacough* or who you were for, but who won the argument based on there position.
