I think the event should take place worldwide, but I'm not sure if it has all the specified dates for the international countries.

Oddly, Lati@s are both allowed though.

Nintendo doesn't pay attention to smogon's silly tiers lists, instead they have their a weird restricted list that's 95% legendaries.
