This will be standard rules:

(no legendaries)

(Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Ho-oh, Lugia, Celebi, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys(All formes) Jirachi, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Giratina, Cresselia, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin(And Skymin) Arceus)

double battle, lvl.100s, parties of 6 PKMN

Item Clause is off*

*2 leftovers max
*1 life orb per team

There will be 3 tournaments succeeding this one, each with it's own unique theme.

Winner of The DBL-BTL ToC gets an Arceus

It's Lvl. 3 so don't get too excited lol, you still gotta raise the sucker.

(in the case that I should win the Tournament, the prize will go to 2nd place)

The Tournament Will Begin on July 25th, unless the number of combatants is met before then, in which case the Tournament will begin on the closest Saturday.

Well, my idea of legendary is any pokemon that can only be encountered once in a single game.

(some have exceptions now, with a whopping 2 encounters!...you get the point)

so sorry if my rules conflict with titles Razz

That's ok! =) But Pkmn that are only encountered once and are not legendary are considered one-off Pokemon.

also How is it possible that the first three Regi's (used to unlock Gigas) are legendaries, but Gigas himself is not?

That makes no sense.

Legendary Trios are basically NOT legendaries. Rotom is also not considered a legendary.
