First of all, this should be put elsewhere. Second, why Protect on a CHOICED set? You should change it to Hidden Power (Electric). If you don't have it Electric, I guess Signal Beam might be an alright choice since Cresselia might come in.

Keep Ice Beam, remove Protect and Grass Knot, and put in more efficient moves such as Scary Face or Light Screen, and you'll be good.

Yes, I agree with blaze on that, or sleep talk, incase they switch in a sleep induser like yanmega, bronzong, or rosarade.
