Attn: Gym Leader Rules

Gym Leader Rules:
* A gym leader may create the rules of his/her own gym.
* A gym leader may be considered for promotion to Elite 4 if he/she defends his/her gym successfully 5 times in a row

Challenger Rules:
* A challenger must obey the rules set forth by the gym.
* Once the challenger has completed all the current gyms successfully he/she may be considered to face the Elite 4
* Once the challenger beats a all of the Elite 4 they may be considered to replace one member based on that Elite 4 members rank.
