The points i would like to make on this.
1.) With Scarf and Impostor, he can out speed anything he is brought in on.
2.) Because of this, you cannot carry moves on your pokemon that would be super-effective on yourself.
Ex. Dragonite Couldn't carry Dragon Claw, or Outrage.
3. In Ubers, pokemon usually don't carry moves that are super-effective on themselves for the most part, Ditto would only be able to counter the few dragon types that carry Dragon moves, and genosect if he's carrying Flamethrower.
