180 Speed will allow Genesect to hit 279, which will out speed Scarf Timid Heatran by one point.
252 Special attack with a + Special Attack nature will raise Genesect's Special Attack to 372 without a boost, and 558 when Download increases your special attack.
76 Attack will hit 295 before a boost and 442 after to give Genesect's physical attack(s) a little more power.

U-Turn is the move of choice for when you don't get a Special Attack boost or want to scout your opponent's moves, however if you want to be able to stay in and be able to do more damage physically than X-Scissor will be fairly strong as well (413 to 486 damage after Download on 0 Defence Reuniclus, a likely one hit KO if it has 252 HP EVs, and will be left with 11 HP at most if it doesn't).

Bug Buzz is Genesect's strongest attack and its main sweeping option.

The last two moves are for coverage and to keep Genesect from being predictable.
Flame Thrower/ Ice Beam/ Thunderbolt and Energy Ball are mainly for coverage.
Hidden Power Water is for Chandelure and other fire types (note you'll need another 6 speed to hit 285 to out speed Timid + Scarf Chandelure) Hidden Power Ground will hurt Magnezone and Heatran who can trap and hit Genesect with fire respectively.
Flash Cannon is Genesect's second STAB and has it's occasional use.
Explosion to take out something that poses a threat to your team that isn't a Ghost or resistant.
