if they're darkrai, arceus, or shaymin, they arent allowed

If you're refering to a pokemon that has an evolved form, maybe go one tier under the more advanced version of that pokemon (ie Kadabra should be in the BL tier since Alakazam is OU).

yea i kno but they r others lol well my team is ready for this tourney i hope i win this time and just to say can the winner of the other tourney cant join because if they win they will be already in the tourney of champs and the other trainers wont have a chance to win and get accepted in the TOC
