Site Suggestions

Please use this thread to give any suggestions for the site. Any and all suggestions are welcome, but please remain on topic, this is strictly a suggestions thread.

~if you spam this thread you will face suspension, post count deduction, etc.

~Our staff takes all suggestions very seriously, we will do our best to make the changes nessecary to further enhance the site.

1. have the chatbox under the news and events so it encourages posting
2. a wider variety of forums
3. am eye catching place that mentions the most active topics, what theyre about, and whats going on in them so it makes ppl more interested in the forums
4. more organization in the forums
5. some html pages with different themes(e.g. arcade)
6.Maybe make the news and events as a portal block and maybe expand it for other than like tournies, awards, and member of the month maybe weekly happenings or something

Hmm how about an art gallary.Would be interesting if one was up

1. serious discussion forums
2. i think u should lower pokemon as a theme, most people are done or bored with it so they dont play it and that happened a while back
3. different html pages
4. tournies for alot of other wifi games
5. alot of people hack and u cant really stop them but banning them isnt gonna get newhere so just keep them from entering any tournaments
6. have different chats people search different things on xat
7. more staff
8. add more key terms to the google bot
9. new banner
10. alot of mems have become active send a massive email and see how many come back

hope this isn't classed as necro posting?

Maybe you could have a genral pokemon/brawl wifi boards, not just the tornament ones?

Like for setting up any battles or challanging people. Or in the pokemon one trade shops ect

Riku is right, to expand your member range it is also a good idea.

it would be nice if had an XBL board for the people who have XBL and want to play

~Send more newsletters out
~Target old good members and send an email out to each 1 asking them to come back

I would like to suggest a Tech-Head board/ Tech board.
Sub boards: Hardware, Software, Gaming, Trouble shooting.

Another advantage to having a Tech board is the other gaming boards (including the board I need to do stuff with <_<) can be placed inside Tech, making the index slightly smaller and, IMO, will be better looking (IMO there shouldn't be more than about 12 boards on a forum index, I counted 21, most members will have about 18 at regestration).

I like the idea of expanding the forum's range to new games, but you might want to keep it a little refined so people who join all have a common interest. Also, I think reaching out to new members would be a good idea. Some people who join could just as easily quit if they feel they are not assimilating into the community. Just my personal opinions

I would like to suggest only one thing: I think instead of going to and trying to find tournament threads to sign up for. they should have a box beside the main page and all others where people who want to sign up for the most recent tournament can type their names and save to the sign up board. Kind of like the polls that Latios puts up for like the ToC's and Brawl tournaments. I think it would save time and confusion. Once it gets full, no one else can sign up.

Good idea but how possible?

~Get rid of dead Affiliates.
~Add Java chat. (PurpleSurge Server) --- HTML Needed! Also a real site. I can provide the real site and set up all the other things. Then just post into a HTML page.

As for more staff we have to many the way it is.

We have boards for each consoles, you can post for any game on thoes boards.
Pokemon and Brawl are the main games we have tournaments on, if you want you can make your own tournement in the tournament board for any other games you want a tournament for.

Take a look at the stickys in the Pokemon and Brawl tournament boards, there are topics you can subscribe to. When you subsribe to thies topic you will recieve a notification every time a post is made in the topic, a post will be made when ever there is a new tournament.

How about replacing the old affiliates and replace them with new ones? Make a guest discussion board, Might I also suggest a Video Theater or a Movie of the Month topic?

Still new affiliates.

New Ideas:
Have a mascot member.
More games in the arcade.
Funny video section.
Music and Movie and TV Show of month sections.

Ok, if you know any of your friends, or friend's friends in real life that may have some skill in games such as pokemon or brawl etc., please try to invite or recruit them here if you can. And make sure they are motivated people who are completely capable of contributing to this site as much as possible too. We don't want slackers or people who let us down. We need more active members ASAP.

i agree with replacing the old affiliates all of those sites are dead.
