set your date on your ds to 12 january(or do this the tricky way and wait for the 12 of january)and fly up to snowpoint city.
It's normally snowing in the city, but on this date the snow will be replaced with a glittery dimond shower! Why? Well it's the birthday of GameFreak director Junichi Masuda. lol! (Glitter is cool)
