Rate My Team (OU)
I tried to make a balanced team a while back, and this is how it ended up as:

- Sonic (Azelf) @ Choice Band
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Zen Headbutt
- U-turn
- Explosion
- Trick
Zen Headbutt to hurt anything that doesn't resist it, U-Turn does some decent damage to things like Tyranitar and to switch to a better counter. Trick is usually used to cripple later in the game and Explosion to take out something I don't like.
I use CB Azelf as a starter as it still has its tricks but isn't the standard so doesn't usually get predicted.
Oracle (Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 128 Spd / 128 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Softboiled
- Aromatherapy
- Thunder Wave
128 speed lets me out speed the 6 EV base 70 Steels and lets me hit hardish with Flamethrower (always fun watching Bliss kill Scizor).
Other than speed and special attack it's a standard Aromatherapy Bliss.
Orbit (Forretress) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Atk / 136 Def
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
Standard but replaced Explosion to have both Earthquake and Gyro Ball as well as 0 Speed IVs to max damage from Gyro.
Dragonite (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Fire Punch
- Superpower
- Outrage
Standard CB Dragonite.
Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 28 HP / 228 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Toxic
- Hidden Power [Ground]
228 EVs with a Timid Nature allows Magnezone to out speed +speed base 110 Pokemon with max EVs.
HP Ground is for other Magnezone and Electrics as well as Infernape, Toxic is there mainly for filler and is the best option against Rotom.
Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Def / 32 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Surf
- Shadow Ball
- Roar
High defence and high magic defence, the ability to heal other members of the team and can roar out things for Stealth Rock damage while taking the mixed hits.
2 weak to Fire (1 is 4x) and Fighting
1 weak to Grass, Electric, Ice (4x), Ground (4x), Bug, Rock, Ghost, Dragon, Dark
3 Resist Grass (2 are 1/4), Ice, Psychic, Bug, Ghost (1 is immune), Steel (1 is 1/4)
2 Resist Normal, Fire, Water (1 absorbs), Poison (Both immune), Ground (Both Immune), Fighting, Dragon, Dark
1 Resist Electric, Flying (1/4), Rock
