The Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Season Two Champion
Season Two: The Next Generation
Summary
Season two saw the retirement of the previous ToC champion, Latiosmaster47, the only wwpl member to go through an entire season undefeated. This added parity to season two, and most thought that a battler as dominant as Latios would ever appear again. However, a battler did step up to the plate when it counted the most and dominated the competition as Latios did in Season One. That battler was Fan1.
Here are the names of the battlers who earned the right to participate in WWPL's second TOC, in order:

Fan1's road to the Championship
WWPL's Season Two Tournament of Champions Winner-- Fan1
~Fan1 entered the Season Two ToC as the favorite, but the tournament field was considered much more balanced than Season One's. Despite this, Fan1 still pulled out an incredibly dominant performance as he pushed past a determined Sarge51 in the finals.
Round One (5-0)#1 Fan1 over Jay
~Fan1 had the pressure of competing first in the Second Tournament of Champions. He faced Jay, a veteran battler from pokelegion, a wwpl affiliate. Fan came out of the gates strong, and dominated his
opponent, winning 5-0.
The Semi-Finals (6-0)#1 Fan1 over Dragon9
~In the second round, Fan1 faced Dragon9, this tournament's battler on a hotstreak. Fan crushed Dragon. A perfect 6-0 score easily rocketed Fan into the finals, where he would face the battler out for redemption from the Season One ToC
The Final Match (2-0) #1 Fan1 over #3 Sarge51
~In the Final Match, it was the battler out for redemption, Sarge51, who took third in the Season One ToC versus Fan1, who didn't qualify for the first season's ToC. It was an epic match that put Sarge51 into real pressure right from the start as he allowed a Charizard to Sub+Bellydrum putting him into a tight spot where he would have been sweeped to a 6-0 in the first two moves of the game but with Sarge51's incredible luck he managed to pull of a double Detect with Yanmega to outspeed the Charizard and bring himself back into the game. From then onwards the game was real close as the long one hour battle was full of suspense, great thinking and of coarse hax. Most of the battle it was a stalemate where both players looked for the cunning edge to clinch the win, at the end Fan1 managed to take out all threats that Sarge51 had and allowed his Garchomp to sweep which resulted in him winning the second ToC.
