New forum redesign

[Latios]

We've shuffled up the forums a bit and made a few notable changes-

The WWPL Pokemon clan, the mature section, the cheats and codes section and latios' esr's and hyper's adventure topics have all been axed, as they were rarely used.

If you want to make a mature topic now, just put MATURE in the topic title or say CONTENT WARNING in the OP of the thread.

This update was made to increase the use of this, the General Discussion board.

This board was designed to include all sorts of discussions, so if you're ever in doubt of where to post something, then post it in this board.
