Okay, so for some reason you can't upload avatars directly to the forum anymore.

Instead, you'll have to go to an image hosting site: Click Here

And then take the bottom link and post it into the "link to an off-site avatar" box in the avatar section of your profile.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I think this has something to do with the forum maintenance forumotion ran yesterday...
