The Problem is yache chomp, he gets hit with ice then ohkos the opponent canceling any chance to stop him.

I agree Chomp is broken. But putting Chomp in ubers would screw up the metagame.

Just thought I'd make some of you cry by saying Garchomps been put as Uber on Smogon. And since Season 3 is following Smogon tier Razz

At least according to Smogon it is. This is pretty understandable of course, as there are lots of statistics to show that it should be placed in the Uber tier. Other than a great typing, high stats, and a decent physical movepool, many find it near impossible to stop while in a Sandstorm. Give it Yache and Sub-Sword, and nothing can really stand in its way. I suppose that is their mentality for the addition.

Also, what happens on Smogon happens everywhere so i'm guessing most other sites will do the same, i think Shoddy server's banned Garchomp a few hours ago.

Well unless Garchomp gets moved back into OU, it is banned from Season 3

That's why I said if it gets moved BACK to OU, then it can be in Season 3.

Sorry about not updating this for a while, I usually use a memory stick to take the info home to analyse it, then make changes before bringing it back, how ever I lost my memory stick.

Shall we make a second tier list for doubles?
If we do IMO Slaking and Regigigas should be moved to Uber (as they can lose their abilities) and Wobb should be moved to OU (since it will be harder for it to take on two opponents and can't force them to attack it IIRC).

I understand it's your opinion, but if Slaking was in OU in single play, why make Regigigas Uber if it was pathetic being BL? Doing this would almost defeat the purpose of using Regigigas.

Yes but that is part of the fun for doubles. Leave them in normal play.

Pokemon are based on individual stats, abilites, usage for a tier, skill swap is used by one Pokemon to benefit another Pokemon so therfore it's not individual.

Doubles isn't a metagame so therefore doesn't need a tier.

That does not mean we can not have doubles tournaments. I believe if we do we should consider the team element as well as the single element of the game (ie any two pokemon on the field at the same time) a good reason for this is Shedinja.
